- a broad, balanced and knowledge rich core academic curriculum offer
- enrichment and engagement activities
- support for their social and emotional development all within a safe and stimulating environment.
- Through building a deep knowledge of our pupils we will develop personalised plans to help them identify and prepare for their reintegration or next steps
- We will build a strong, resilient staff team with an ethos of mutual respect, support, cooperation and a culture of honesty and openness that builds upon our team alliance. As individuals we will work towards the good of the service.
- We will adopt a culture of continuous, evidenced based improvement adopting a planned and consistent approach to evaluation, with the needs of our pupils central to everything we do. We seek external quality assurance to help us identify areas for improvement and validate our work.
- We will articulate our shared goals and celebrate our successesby working towards successful external accreditation. Feelings of collective responsibility and personal contribution will lead to pride in our achievements.
- Share our expertise with local schools to strengthen their capacity to make provision for their pupils with medical needs. Develop our multi agency partnerships to enhance our work in this area.
